Welcome to maktoto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and maktoto ("maktoto", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at maktoto.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

By accessing maktoto.cam, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by maktoto, including but not limited to: casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, sports betting, in-play wagering, virtual games, promotional bonuses, and customer support interactions. These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with maktoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. maktoto strictly prohibits underage gambling. Registration by any individual under 21 years of age is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated programmes are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must be registering and acting on your own behalf — registering or operating an Account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee of maktoto, any affiliated company, or any gaming software provider supplying games to the Platform.
• You must not have had a prior Account with maktoto that was suspended, terminated for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To register an Account with maktoto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Each individual is entitled to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances. Where maktoto identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to combine balances, void bonus credits, and withhold any outstanding withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify maktoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. maktoto will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

maktoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.

maktoto is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. maktoto may also require verification at any other point during a Player's use of the Platform, including at first deposit, upon account review, or when a transaction exceeds specified thresholds.

The standard KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's License — showing the Player's full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding three months, displaying the Player's full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their ID document, with both the Player's face and all text on the ID legible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, documentation confirming ownership of the deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing registered name).

maktoto aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation in acceptable quality. Incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned for resubmission. maktoto reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard set above where the circumstances of a particular account so require.

maktoto supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian Players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, and direct bank transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT TRC20, and Litecoin (LTC).

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): RM 30
• Minimum deposit via FPX, DuitNow, or bank transfer: RM 50
• Minimum cryptocurrency deposit: equivalent of MYR 30
• Deposits are generally credited in real time for e-wallets and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits require at least one on-chain confirmation.
• maktoto does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the depositing Player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by maktoto's payments team. Approved e-wallet withdrawals are typically processed in under 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard processing hours.
• maktoto reserves the right to require full repayment of any bonus credits, or to adjust a withdrawal amount where the Player's wagering history indicates bonus abuse or irregular play patterns.
• Where a withdrawal request remains unprocessed solely due to pending KYC documentation, maktoto will notify the Player via the registered email address. Funds remain in the Account until verification is completed or the Account is closed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, maktoto may require additional verification of the alternative withdrawal method.

maktoto offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion expressly states a different requirement.
• Slot games contribute 100% towards meeting wagering requirements. Live dealer casino games contribute at a reduced rate — typically 10% — unless otherwise specified. Sports betting contributions vary by market.
• Bonuses credited to your Account have an expiry period. Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited without notice.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any one time, unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• maktoto reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Players who attempt to exploit promotional offers through abusive betting patterns — including placing low-risk or opposite bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for the maktoto New Year Welcome Bonus of up to MYR 2,880. Eligibility, maximum bonus amounts, and specific wagering requirements will be set out in the active Welcome Bonus promotion terms at the time of registration. maktoto reserves the right to alter the welcome bonus offer at any time for new registrations.

7.3 Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus

Players who make a qualifying deposit using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT TRC20, or Litecoin (LTC) will receive an automatic 2% top-up bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. This bonus is subject to the standard 20x wagering requirement. The cryptocurrency deposit bonus may not be combined with other active deposit bonuses.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the maktoto Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance, except where a Cash Out or similar feature is offered and the conditions for its use are met.
• maktoto reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current maximum payout limits are published within the sportsbook and casino product areas of the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the result recorded in maktoto's official system shall be final, subject to any manual review initiated by maktoto's trading or compliance team.
• Bets placed using Bonus Funds may be subject to additional restrictions, including minimum odds requirements, excluded markets, or product restrictions, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• maktoto offers Asian Handicap, Over-Under (Totals), and other market types across Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other competitions. All market-specific rules are governed by the applicable product terms.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the maktoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Registration or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Third-Party Deposits: Funding an Account using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, casino games, or sports betting markets.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk betting, hedge betting, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, make decisions, or otherwise interact with the Platform without human involvement.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. maktoto actively cooperates with relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits after corresponding bets have been placed.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or pricing glitches to obtain an unfair advantage or financial benefit.
• Impersonation: Registering or operating an Account using another person's identity, or representing yourself as an employee or representative of maktoto.

All content published on maktoto.cam — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and game assets — is the property of maktoto or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; use any maktoto trademarks or brand elements without prior written authorisation; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of maktoto's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maktoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising directly or indirectly from use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory intervention, or force majeure events;
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or any bank;
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials;
• Any errors in odds pricing or game results that are subject to voiding under Section 8 of these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, maktoto's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

maktoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates a comprehensive suite of player protection tools. The full details of our Responsible Gambling Policy are set out on our dedicated Responsible Gambling page. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• Minimum Age: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set daily or weekly session time limits, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently cease gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate on-screen notifications reminding them of elapsed session time and net gambling activity.

maktoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Territory;
• Retention of the Account would expose maktoto to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The Player has initiated an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, maktoto reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds, promotional credits, and any winnings derived from such funds. Real-money deposits held in the Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending AML review, where no countervailing legal obligation prevents such return.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting maktoto support at [email protected]. All pending withdrawals and any remaining real-money balance will be processed to the Player's last verified payment method within a reasonable period following closure confirmation.

maktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect existing Players' rights or obligations — maktoto will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with the Player's Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Where changes are minor, administrative, or required urgently to address regulatory compliance, security concerns, or operational necessity, such changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without prior individual notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maktoto holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would apply the laws of any other jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and maktoto arising from the use of the Platform or any transaction conducted thereon, the Player should first contact maktoto's customer support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. maktoto undertakes to acknowledge formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed independent arbitrator before recourse to formal court proceedings. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit maktoto's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
